Welcome to the Association for Special Children and Families. We are a community parent resource center created primarily by parents of children with disabilities to teach other parents to advocate for their child' s educational needs so that they can become happy, successful adults.

The Association for Special Children & Families (ASCF) is dedicated to ensuring that all children and their families have equitable access to quality education, healthcare, housing and justice. We are committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments and actively work to eliminate barriers that contribute to disparities in these areas.
